Our beliefs

We believe that a restored relationship with God is now possible through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

About Us

We are a non-denominational church with Christ as the head and the Holy Spirit as our guide. We determine our own specific policies, voluntarily cooperating with other Christians in fulfilling Jesus’ Great Commission to make disciples of all people (Matthew 28:19). We appoint Pastors, Elders, Deacons, Ministry Leaders, and others to help us serve others and grow in faith.

What We Believe

  • God is the Sovereign Creator of the universe who cares personally for man as the Heavenly Father. We believe there is only one living and true God who reveals Himself to us in three distinct personalities: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God, who died for our sins and rose from the grave as well as the virgin-born Son of man. Jesus was the first man, since Adam, to be born without sin and He died on a cross for our redemption. We believe Jesus was risen, bodily, from death and ascended to heaven to intercede on our behalf.

  • The Holy Spirit dwells within each Christian as a comforter, counselor, and encourager. He gives gifts for abundant living and assurance for eternal life and carries out the will of God in the world of men. The Holy Spirit lives in believers and gives them the power to accomplish God's work. The Holy Spirit also works in the hearts of those seeking God, leading them to a new and lasting life in Jesus Christ.

  • The Bible is God's inspired Word and is the divine authority by which Christians are called to live. We believe that both the Old and New Testaments are verbally inspired by God and error-free in the original text.

  • All people are created by God, but because of personal sin, need to be made whole and restored to fellowship with God through Jesus Christ.

  • All persons of all races and ethnic background are created in the image of God and need the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

  • Any person can connect with Jesus and become a Christian by trusting in Jesus, repenting of sin, confessing that Jesus is Savior and Lord, and being baptized into Jesus. We practice baptism as taught and demonstrated in the Scriptures and encourage every person to be immersed into Christ’s own death, burial and resurrection.

  • The Church is the body of Christ composed of all born-again believers around the world. It is identified locally as a congregation of believers where individual lives are transformed and community is built.

  • We share in the communion of the Lord’s Supper each week, as was the custom of the early church.
